JJ Abram’s Bad Robot Producing DC’s Justice League Dark

We might finally be getting that Justice League Dark film that we have been waiting for over the years. The film that has been in a holding pattern for a while and has seen a handful of directors come and go, is now with Bad Robot. The deal come about from a new partnership between Warner Media and Bad Robot parties.

Deadline reports that it’s still pretty early in the process and there aren’t any select characters or projects that are being focused on. However, both Hanna Minghella, Bad Robot’s Head of Motion Pictures and Head of Television Ben Stephenson will be piecing the details together soon.

Justice League Dark is DC’s supernatural team. The team consists of Constantine, Swamp Thing, Zatanna and the like.

I would personally love to see Matt Ryan reprise his role as Constantine in the world of this Justice League Dark. He has been leading up the charge in his own short season of Constantine on NBC, voicing the character in animated form and guesting on Legends of Tomorrow. He seems like a shoe in for this part and lets hope the folks at Bad Robot think so too.

What do you guys think? Have any casting ideas for Justice League Dark? Let’s hear them in the comments.
