Neve Campbell is a hot button issue in the Scream franchise currently. The actress who has been in all of the Scream films, decided that she will not return for Scream 6, due to financial negotiations that didn’t value her enough. However, now there is a rumor going around from a source that says Campbell may have secretly signed on for  Scream 6 already.

According to Instagram page, “Don’t fuck with the original” Campbell and the studio have met on some common ground and decided a financial number that works for them both. This rumored negotiation doesn’t extend to just Scream 6 either. It is said that Campbell will play a small part in Scream 6 and return in a larger role for Scream 7. Now, normally this wouldn’t be something that outlets wouldn’t waste their time on but this particular site has actually been right about plenty of rumors in the past.

We are going to have to wait to see if any of these hold air. But, for now we are going to remain cautiously optimistic. I mean if she is in it that is great… if not that is totally okay too.
