Multiple Bram Stoker Award winning author Brian Keene calls True Crime a “debut with the power of a nuclear bomb” comparing the novella to Jack Ketchum’s The Girl Next Door.

Kolesnik, a co-founder of the Women in Horror Film Festival which takes place every year in Georgia, has a strong narrative voice, and a talent for creating characters whose external actions are frightening until she flays them open revealing the psychology which motivates them. That’s when things get really dark.

Grindhouse Press, owned by CV Hunt, specializes in horror, extreme horror, transgressive fiction and dark fiction and True Crime is a natural fit for their catalog which already includes work by authors Matt Serafini and Kristopher Triana.

Look for True Crime on January 15, 2020, and prepare yourself for Samantha Kolesnik’s unique brand of terror.
